As a project we were meant to pick all or a few of the 7 deadly sins, however I’ve picked wrath and I have started to look into ideas and then started analysing the anime and other work to do with the 7 deadly sins.

I’ve started researching on the pros on cons of each medium aswell as possible genres for my project. I then started my first draft of my storyboard. I then ran into a problem with art block and didn’t know where to go from there and worried. I was stuck between gluttony and lust, I then had an idea to base it off a personal experience so I started to brainstorm.

On this date I looked up on Pinterest ideas. And planned out a moodboard. I then started my second storyboard. I then looked more into my personal experience with wrath/anger to then change It.

Here is where i did a little research on my sound and sound effects. I looked back on work we did in audacity and then looked at royalty free music and then I started to edit my audio over on capcut to then save it to look back at it later.

Firstly I went back because I skipped a few steps. I then went back and finalised my idea to base it of personal feelings towards anger and what not, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do a podcast to evidence audio, this is why animation I am most comfortable with at the moment.

I have finally looked into other animations with similar themes however it was all made by CGI computer animation. So i looked more into animatics to guide me with my idea and build a stronger format with my plan so far. I then looked at another theme moodboard.i then looked at other ways of animations/animatics e.g. stop animation by pes

On this day I looked at possible frame ideas and did research into the animal for the sin ‘wrath’
I didn’t do much this day other than finishing off and adding notes.

After looking at my brief, I did a rundown on that, I explained what I was doing and how I was going to complete it. I’ve looked into other ways to complete this project like I mentioned, I then provided evidence on why I chose animatic/animation (digital, simple) rather than the other ways.
03/02/22
After my one to one, I looked at the ‘targets’ before getting a chance to start my project and started on my project concept that’s 200 words as well as adding some extra analysis to my animation/animatics I found. I then uploaded and organised my work.
04/02/22 After some testing some different ways of animation. I have started to upload animatics and a few other sketches/animations that I’ve done to show different ideas of where this project can take me.
07/02/22 I have started my concept for my project. I then uploaded it and edited the sound once again before uploading it to moodle and to youtube.
